Our Frozen Chicks are available in packs of 50. These taste very different and are often used for fussy feeders, to get them into a habit of eating again.
 
Buying your reptile's chicks in frozen form is easier, allowing you to store larger quantities of food in your freezer to defrost at your convenience when your reptile is due a feed.
 
Frozen chicks are a great source of nutrition for growing reptiles, especially snakes, with high levels of protein and calcium in the bones that allow healthy development.
 
Each one weighs between 35-56g, and can be delivered straight to your door in specialised containers to ensure they don't defrost too early!
 
All our frozen food is farm bred, and is dispatched on a next day service straight to you. Monday to Thursday you can order before midday for same day dispatch, with any orders placed after midday on Thursday being sent fresh on Monday, to ensure no weekend delays can compromise your frozen food.
 
Please note - As with many raw human foods, the handling and usage of frozen or thawed reptile foods can pose the risk of Salmonella contamination. We recommend storing frozen reptile foods separately from human foods, wearing gloves, defrosting at room temperature on newspaper or paper towels, and thoroughly disinfecting any surfaces or equipment that the frozen foods come into contact with, along with washing your hands thoroughly with soap and water immediately after using.
 
Frozen food is despatched directly from the supplier the same day if you order before 12pm and the next day if you order after 12pm, excluding Friday. Frozen foods are delivered Monday to Thursday on a next working day delivery service and must be signed for.
