After completing your purchase, please review the courier booking details in your confirmation email. Courier bookings are non-refundable.
Any free shipping advertised does not apply to livestock, only dry goods. unless otherwise specified.
Please note that a £1.50 per day fee applies from the booking date if you no longer require an animal. This will be subtracted from any refund issued.
