Terms and Conditions

Promoter: Birmingham Reptiles and Pets LTD, 274 Slade Road, Erdington, Birmingham, B23 7LX, England. (“we”, “us”, “our” or “the Promoter”).
1. The Promotion
1.1 The “Spin the Wheel Promotion” (the “Promotion”) allows eligible participants to spin a virtual wheel on our website for the chance to win either an instant percentage discount code (usable on any order) or a free gift.
1.2 The outcome of each spin is determined by a secure random number generator to ensure fairness.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Promotion is open only to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
2.2 Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion are not eligible to participate.
2.3 Proof of age, identity, and UK residency may be required before a prize is dispatched.
3. Promotion Period
3.1 The Promotion runs from 05/06/2026 until Sunday 30/06/2026 or while stocks of the free gifts last, whichever occurs first.
3.2 We reserve the right to extend, shorten, or end the Promotion early at our sole discretion (with reasonable notice where possible).
4. How to Participate
4.1 Visit our website at https://www.birminghamreptiles.co.uk/ and access the Spin the Wheel feature during the Promotion Period.
4.2 No purchase is necessary to spin the wheel. Participants may spin the wheel once per unique email address. However, if you win a free gift, you must place an order on our website to redeem it (see clauses 5 and 8).
5. The Prizes
5.1 The wheel offers two types of prizes:
(a) Instant Discount Prizes These are percentage discount codes (e.g. 5%, 6%, 8% or 10% off). The code is provided immediately after your spin and can be used straight away on any order placed on our website. No additional purchase is required to activate or use the discount.
(b) Free Gift Prizes These entitle you to a free item (such as a keyring, tote bag, plaque, or other gift as shown on the wheel). To receive the free gift you must place a qualifying order on our website. You can apply your unique winning code at checkout after adding the product from the latest offers page: https://www.birminghamreptiles.co.uk/latest-offers. The free gift will be included with your order at no extra cost for the gift itself.
5.2 All prizes are subject to availability and are offered on a while stocks last basis.
6. Postage and Packaging
6.1 For instant discount prizes: No postage is required as the discount is applied at checkout on your order.
6.2 For free gift prizes: The free gift is included with your paid order, which must include another product from our online store. You will pay the standard postage and packaging charges for your order (as calculated at checkout). No separate or additional postage charge applies solely for the free gift.
6.3 Postage charges represent the actual costs of safely packing and delivering your order to a UK address.
6.4 Delivery is to UK addresses only using standard delivery services. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
7. Prize Availability and Stock Levels (While Stocks Last)
7.1 All free gifts are subject to availability and are offered on a while stocks last basis. We have made a reasonable estimate of likely demand for this Promotion.
7.2 The prizes shown on the spin the wheel reflect current stock levels and are updated regularly.
7.3 Once the stock of any particular free gift has been exhausted, that gift will be removed from the spin the wheel and from the website as soon as reasonably practicable.
7.4 In the event we are delayed in removing an out-of-stock prize and you have already placed an order expecting that gift, we will contact you to offer a suitable alternative of equal or greater value or refund any applicable amount.
8. Claiming Your Prize
8.1 If you win, you will be notified immediately on-screen and/or by email (if you have provided your details).
8.2 For instant discount prizes: Your unique code is provided immediately and can be used on any order.
8.3 For free gift prizes: To claim and receive your free gift you must place a qualifying order on our website within 14 days of winning (or such other period as shown on the website) and apply your winning code at checkout.
8.4 Failure to place an order and claim a free gift within the required time may result in the prize being forfeited.
8.5 We reserve the right to verify your eligibility, identity, and address before dispatching any prize or applying a discount.
9. General Terms
9.1 Prizes and discount codes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
9.2 We reserve the right to substitute any prize with one of equivalent or greater value if necessary.
9.3 The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
9.4 Bulk entries, automated entries, entries via agents or third parties, or entries that are incomplete or fraudulent are invalid.
9.5 We are not responsible for technical failures, website downtime, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control that prevent you from spinning or claiming a prize.
9.6 By participating in the Promotion you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
10. Data Protection and Privacy
10.1 Any personal data collected in connection with the Promotion will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy: https://www.birminghamreptiles.co.uk/privacy-policy.
10.2 Data will be used solely for the administration of the Promotion, prize fulfilment, and (with your consent where required) marketing communications.
10.3 You may request access to or deletion of your data by contacting us at hello@birminghamreptiles.co.uk.
11. Liability
11.1 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
11.2 Subject to clause 11.1, our total liability to you in connection with the Promotion shall not exceed the value of the prize won.
11.3 Your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
