Here at Birmingham Reptiles, we offer a brilliant boarding service that allows you to leave your reptiles with us, for as long as you need us to so that you can go on family holidays or trips away without having to worry about ensuring your reptiles are getting the care that they need.
We have a dedicated amount of vivariums in different sizes for boarding customer animals. All boarding animals are kept separate, in their own appropriately sized enclosures - they are all labelled accordingly with dates of when the animal comes in and when it goes out, as well as customer details.
All enclosures are thoroughly disinfected with F10 between animals; they are kept on newspaper for easy cleaning and other sanitary benefits. All animals are checked, cleaned, fed and watered daily by reputable staff who know and have plenty of experience with reptiles.
We do our best to ensure the cleanliness of our boarding room and have developed a secure system that ensures the safety of all animals.
Our boarding information is on our website, where we now take all bookings. Once you have filled out the boarding form and sent it to us, we will get back to you with a quote, and if you are happy to proceed, we will get your animal booked in. When the time comes, all we ask is that you bring your animal down to us on the day of drop-off, and we will take it from there.
From January 2024, our new boarding prices are as follows (if you book in before 31/12/23, the boarding prices will remain the same)-
Snakes - £5.50 per day
Snakes (4ft+ viv) - £6.00 per day
Lizards - £6.60 per day
Lizards (4ft+ viv) - £7.00 per day
Adult Iguana - £9.00 per day
Young Tortoises and Vegetarian Lizards - £7.00 per day
Large Tortoises - £7.75 per day
Mantids, Scorps and Frogs - £3.00 per day
Tarantulas and Spiders - £2.00 per day
