Our Event Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of Birmingham Reptiles and Pets Ltd. By booking an appointment for our events; you are subject to the following Terms and Conditions. Use of Birmingham Reptiles and Pets Ltd is an acceptance in agreement with these Terms and Conditions. Our Event Terms and Conditions are an addition to our standard Terms and Conditions.

1. INTRODUCTION

1.1: Due to issues encountered over the years, we have changed certain aspects of our how our events are run and have had to implement these conditions to protect our store.

2: YOUR DUTY AND OUR LIABILITIES

2.1: All children aged under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult, we reserve the right to refuse entry to any member of the public for any reason.

2.2: During the event, your group must stay together at all times for the safety of our animals and other customers. You will be asked to leave if you do not follow our guidelines.

 

2.3: No food or drink will be allowed in the animal viewing rooms. We prefer no food or drink into the store at all, however, we do have a sitting area in the back garden if you wish to stay for a while after the event.

2.4: The majority of our animals are for viewing only, on the rare occasions where you can handle an animal, you must be accompanied by a staff member at all times and follow their instruction.

2.5: Attendees must arrive before or on time for the appointment, failing to do so may result in you losing your space for the event.
